MGS 8020 Business Intelligence
Case Study #3
Business Case:
Would you be surprised to know that many companies fail to create a Business Intelligence (BI) Strategy, resulting in misalignment of their strategic vision versus it's execution. In a performance related culture we should be clear about what we measure, as organizations, and how to drive improvement from our analyses. Much of a businessʼ information assets increase over time, whether it is through acquisition or organically. Either way unstructured data can become a sprawling chaos rather than a well-structured asset.
